We donate...
...part of our revenue to local social and cultural projects at regular intervals.
In 2009, our first complete financial year, we handed out donations of € 2700,-. Since August 2008, the month of our business start, donations of € 3600,- have accrued. For the current year, we are planning to donate about € 3000,-.
Our donations up to now:
GDS 1 SMV "Hilfsprojekt-Mazedonien"
We contributed to this year's Sponsors' Race of the Gottlieb-Daimler-School 1 with a donation of € 500.
The proceeds will go to the school's " Hilfsprojekt Mazedonien".
This project was initiated by Fritz Hidding and the pupils' council of the technical grammar school of GDS1 in 2003. Since then a kindergarten for Roma children has been managed and financed in Kriva Planka. The pupils' council regularly travels to Kriva Planka to renovate the kindergarten or set up new playing gears.

Besuch im Anderland
"Besuch im Anderland" shows new ways of solidarity and cooperation among the generations.
Eight-year-old primary school pupils are acquainted with the topic of Alzheimer disease. For the first time they discover the world of people suffering from dementia at "Anderland".

Kindergarten Sonnenblume
In the kindergarten "Sonnenblume" physically disabled children as well as children with multiple handicaps and chronic diseases are taken care of and furthered.
A speciality of the kindergarten "Sonnenblume" is its intensive cooperation with a kindergarten working with children without handicaps.

Until the end of March 2009, after 9 months of being in business, we donated € 600,- to this kindergarten during a reading for children open to the public.
